Water Damage/Mitigation Supervisor

Pay Rate: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)

About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Water Damage/Mitigation Supervisor to lead and manage our mitigation crew in responding to water damage emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water mitigation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality service and safety standards on every job.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise water damage mitigation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and direct crew members on site
- Ensure proper use of drying equipment, tools, and safety gear
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition when necessary
- Document work thoroughly using job management software and proper paperwork
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
- Monitor moisture levels and progress throughout the job
- Train and mentor technicians to ensure consistent performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration or mitigation
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required or must be obtained within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
- Must be available for occasional after‑hours and weekend work as needed
- Competitive hourly pay: $22–$26/hr (based on experience)
