Mary Kay's Skilled Trades Internship Program is a year-round program designed to give students hands‑on experience in manufacturing and skilled trades careers. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real manufacturing operations, and develop technical and workplace skills in a production environment. Flexible scheduling aligned with manufacturing shifts helps students balance school and work while gaining experience in areas such as equipment maintenance, manufacturing operations, and process improvement.

Skilled Trades Internship opportunities may include:

• Packaging maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Associate's degree, technical certification, or trade program related to manufacturing, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, or a related field.
