Job Summary
Medical City Lewisville is inviting applications for a full‑time RN position in our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role requires night shifts from 7 P – 7 A. Responsibilities include direct nursing care of neonates and newborns, assessment, care planning, and evaluation of outcomes. The RN will supervise LVN and other nursing staff, serve as charge nurse on assigned shifts, and coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
All of this is performed in accordance with the Nursing Department’s policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

- Neonate resuscitation certification obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas or a compact license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS instructor certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- STABLE certification obtained within 18 months of hire.
- Cardiac STABLE certification obtained within 18 months of hire.
- One year of Level III NICU experience required (two years preferred).
