American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment requiring scrub and monitor experience along with ACLS, RCIS, and RRT certifications.

• Work in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath/EP Lab with 1 lab and a staff of 5 RNs and 1 Tech on day shift
• 1:1 patient to team ratios
• Shift runs 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a rotating off-day/week
• Rotating on-call coverage required at night with a minimum of 3 team members, including at least one RN
• Rotating minimum of two weekends per month
• Uses GE, Mac Lab, and Abbott Ensite X equipment
• Mac Lab EMR used for charting
• Performs procedures including Left Heart Cath, PCI, Pacemaker and ICD Implants, TEE, Cardioversion, Loop Recorders, EP Studies, and EP Ablations
• Floating required within facility to areas where skill set applies, and to sister facilities within a reasonable radius

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current ACLS, RCIS, and RRT certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Experienced in scrub and monitor roles
• EP scrub and EP monitor experience preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required

• Ceil blue scrubs required as part of dress code
• Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, calm under pressure, strong communication skills, adaptability, and physical stamina
• Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility, no local candidates considered
