American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring 1 year of recent specialty experience and availability for variable shifts with call coverage.
Requirements- Active RN license (TX or compact) required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted, not expiring within 30 days of start)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in PACU
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Work in the Recovery (PACU) unit of a hospital setting
- Variable shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- On-call responsibilities required
- 13-week assignment length
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to surgical patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the position
- First-time travelers may be considered for this role
