National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Assistant.

Position Overview

We are a premier full‑service RV company that values lasting relationships with employees, customers, and the community. The Parts Receiving Assistant will accurately receive and confirm parts orders, handle stocking, returns, and showroom deliveries, and manage inventory, including physical inventories and cycle counts.

Hourly Rate

$20–$25, depending on experience.

• Accurately receive/confirm parts orders, inspect for damage, and handle stocking and returns of parts.
• Load/unload freight shipments.
• Locate, retrieve (pull), and bill stocked parts from inventory for the dealership.
• Manage inventory, including conducting physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist internal customers—Service Advisors, RV Techs, and walk‑in customers.
• Promote company expectations by maintaining best practices, teamwork, and individual success in a fast‑paced environment.
• Transfer parts between dealership and body shop as needed; may be required to drive the company vehicle.
• Maintain other duties as assigned or requested.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must use computer system, phone, office equipment.
• Ability to work well with others; friendly and cooperative workplace.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Operating a forklift is highly preferred.
• Inventory / warehouse experience preferred.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and open‑minded with ability to resolve problems and deliver results.
• Excellent multi‑tasking and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• May require extended periods of computer exposure.
• Work is primarily conducted on‑site at the service shop, non‑air‑conditioned environment.
• May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
• May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects.
• May require working in tight spaces or at heights.
• May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures.
• May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals.
• May require working weekends or holidays.
