We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore.

We're looking for a Buyer and are willing to train you on everything you need to know.

• Purchasing Inventory
  :
  Source, evaluate, and purchase gently used clothing, accessories, and footwear that align with Uptown Cheapskate’s quality standards and target demographic.
• Customer Engagement
  :
  Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers understand what items are in demand and how they can sell their items to Uptown Cheapskate.
• Market Trend Awareness
  :
  Stay updated with current fashion trends, local preferences, and seasonal demands to make informed buying decisions.
• Vendor Relationship Management
  :
  Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals selling to the store, fostering a welcoming environment for them to bring in their items regularly.
• Quality Control
  :
  Assess and inspect incoming items for quality, condition, and marketability.
• Pricing Strategy
  :
  Set appropriate prices for purchased items based on market value, condition, and store profit margins.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with the management and sales team to ensure inventory needs are met and the store runs smoothly.
