Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
MUST HAVE a Valid/Current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License
Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Qualifications we are looking for:

18+ years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
MUST HAVE a Valid/Current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Capable of following complex instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
Must have open availability.

Important FLEX Position Expectations:

Open availability is required. Officers must be willing and able to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
This is an on-call FLEX position with no permanent schedule and no guaranteed weekly hours or shifts
.
When available, FLEX Officers are expected to remain on call and responsive to management when coverage is needed.
Officers must communicate any known unavailability in advance rather than waiting until they are contacted for an assignment.
Reliable transportation is required
, as officers may be assigned to either the Assurant Lewisville or Assurant Irving location
, including with short notice when necessary.
Selected candidates will be required to review and sign a site-specific Assurant FLEX Officer Agreement acknowledging these expectations before beginning the assignment.
