ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Railing Installation:
Assist in installing VIVA Railings products, adhering to company guidelines to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Material Handling:
Efficiently load and unload construction supplies, manage materials such as glass panels, metals, and fasteners necessary for installation.

Site Preparation:
Clean and prepare sites, removing hazards and ensuring tools and equipment are in safe working order.

Equipment Operation:
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, maintain them in good condition, and ensure they are stored properly after use.

Safety and Compliance:
Comply with all safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors.

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with construction supervisors, project managers, and other team members to complete installations. Engage in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.

Ability to understand construction blueprints and diagrams is beneficial.

Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Capable of working in various weather conditions.
