Artemis Solutions has partnered with a leading Architectural Firm seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting leadership with reliable financial data.

The Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, consistency, and organization while collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking
• Generate basic financial reports for management review
• Maintain organized documentation and financial files
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
• Support CPA or accounting partners with requested documentation

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses is a plus

Competitive Salary – $50,000-$65,000yr (based on experience)
