Pension Enrollment and Eligibility Representative
Location:
230 Lexington Green, Suite 400, Lexington, KY 40503 or 7440 Woodland Dr, Indianapolis, IN. This position is onsite.
We are seeking a full‑time (40 hours/week) representative with flexibility during normal business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm EST). Overtime may be required as needed.

- Administer union‑sponsored pension plans
- Verify participant eligibility and process retiree applications
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Collect data, enter participant hours and contribution amounts
- Process monthly checks and manage mailings
- Reconcile reports, analyze payment discrepancies, and maintain ERISA compliance
- Perform clerical functions with proficiency in PCs and Excel
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 1+ year(s) experience in pension administration or similar role (billing reconciliation, posting deposits, accounts receivable)
- 1+ year(s) experience in office setting using telephone and computer for customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Proficiency with Windows (data entry, document management)
- Must work onsite at the specified locations
- Must reside within 90 miles of the office
- Available for normal business hours; may work overtime or weekends if necessary
- Experience in finance/accounting area
- Experience with eligibility software
- Experience with Taft‑Hartley or Union Benefit Administration
- Experience reconciling bank accounts
- Experience with ERISA‑compliant benefit funds
- Experience with Quick Books
- Fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
- Detail‑oriented, quick learner, team‑oriented
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Flexible, self‑motivated
Hourly pay range: $20.00–$35.72 per hour (full‑time). Total compensation includes competitive base pay, comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
