What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose and repair vehicles with increasing independence
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Assist with more complex diagnostic and repair work as needed
- Use tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment properly and safely
- Participate in paid training and ongoing skill development
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience
- Solid automotive knowledge and hands-on repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair common vehicle concerns
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow proven systems and processes
- Team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Own professional tools and toolbox required
- Automotive training or certifications are preferred
