Program Manager; TS Clearance

Position: Program Manager (Active TS Clearance)

Description

You will be the Program Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for providing direct support to the SOF GLSS Off‑Site Support Program Manager and supporting the day‑to‑day operation of task order management.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serving as a liaison between project management and the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, including cost estimates, limitation of cost/funds letters, material disposition requests, project status reports, budget tracking, and labor/material purchase requests.
• Performing data entry and executing management reports to support project management and decision‑making.
• Assessing project issues and assisting with developing resolutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work with internal/external customers and leadership.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Able to produce clear, concise briefing materials for internal team and customers.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated success in an environment that is extremely fast‑paced and demanding.
• Must hold a Top Secret level security clearance.
• Experience with level of effort (LOE) task order requirements under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ contract.
• Experience working with a cross‑functional team.

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting SOF customer.
• Experience with the LM SOF GLSS cost estimate proposal (CEP) process.
• Cost/Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities / Completion of PPM 101 course.
• Program Finance/Business Operations Finance.
• Subcontracts Management.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
