Financial Analyst
You will be the Operations Analyst for the Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise performance insights and schedule integrity across multiple operational domains. As the Operations Analyst you will be responsible for automating tracking, analyzing variance, and reporting on project performance against budget and schedule. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Update discrete tasks within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and maintain baseline integrity.
- Revise estimates to complete (ETC) and conduct detailed variance analyses using earned‑value metrics.
- Collaborate with Program Planning to sustain the IMS baseline and with Program Finance to align departmental project hours.
- Partner with Control Account Managers, Product Leads, and functional leadership to review and finalize ETCs, assess schedule changes, and validate variance analysis.
- Support a four‑day work week with one agreed‑upon tele‑work day, ensuring seamless coordination across locations.

Basic Qualifications:- Experience in a manufacturing/integration environment
- ERP system experience
- Strong Excel experience (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs)
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management
Skills:
- Previous experience with SAP production applications
- Knowledge of Excel macros
- Previous Earned Value experience
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex project data
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret
