A Bit About UsWe’re seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager with a CHST certification to oversee safety programs on large commercial and industrial construction projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance compliance, communication, and culture—ensuring that safety isn’t just a checklist, but a core value across the field team.
Responsibilities- Oversee safety programs on large commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Balance compliance, communication, and safety culture across the field team.
- CHST certification required (CSP or CSHO a plus).
- Minimum 5–7 years of safety management experience in electrical, industrial, or heavy commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910, NEC standards, and applicable state/local regulations.
- Proven ability to manage safety on multi-million-dollar projects with multiple subcontractors.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital safety platforms (Procore, EHS Insight, etc.).
- OSHA 30‑hour, First Aid/CPR certification required.
