• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Maintain project files, meeting minutes, and logs (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Support project closeout activities, including as-built drawings and final inspections.
• Perform material takeoffs and assist with cost estimates for proposals and change orders.
• Track labor productivity, material usage, and project costs; assist with forecasting.
• Maintain and update pricing databases for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to job sites.
• Assist with subcontractor buyouts and vendor negotiations.
• Collaborate with the safety team to enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in site safety walks and ensure adherence to company safety culture.
• Attend project meetings and prepare accurate meeting notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and submit timely project status reports.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred OR a combination of an associate’s degree with significant construction experience will also be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in project engineering, coordination, or similar construction-related roles.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and traverse job sites in varied conditions.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
