Laborer - Lexington

Overview

The Laborer position is responsible for safely performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor as assigned.

Location:

Lexington, KY

• Assist with construction tasks as directed by Foreman and team leads.
• Operate hand and power tools to support project needs.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site; secure tools and materials daily to ensure safety.
• Adapt to changing tasks and learn new skills quickly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Prior experience in construction or related labor work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construciton tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Physically capeable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork skills.
