Overview
The Laborer position is responsible for safely performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor as assigned.
Location:
Lexington, KY
- Assist with construction tasks as directed by Foreman and team leads.
- Operate hand and power tools to support project needs.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site; secure tools and materials daily to ensure safety.
- Adapt to changing tasks and learn new skills quickly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Prior experience in construction or related labor work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construciton tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Physically capeable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork skills.
