QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field preferred.
4+ years of construction field experience.
Thorough knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction management.
Design-Build project experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HH2, Plangrid, Procore, and Timberline/Sage is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Provide overall leadership and technical direction to project teams, including subordinate managers and supervisors.
Enforce company and project policies while maintaining close client relationships.
Ensure projects are built in compliance with contracts, designs, safety, and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
Represent the company with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Review new project opportunities, support estimating, and manage subcontractor coordination.
Oversee self-performed operations while promoting and enforcing daily safety practices.
