What You'll Be Doing

+ Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance

+ Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships

+ Drive project planning, forecasting, reporting, and cost control

+ Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

+ Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities

+ Support contract negotiations and project risk management

+ Mentor Project Coordinators, Assistant PMs, and junior staff

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

+ 7+ years of Project Management experience within EPC, construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments

+ Experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion

+ Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, vendor management, and client-facing responsibilities

+ Proven leadership and communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $93.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
