• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive project planning, forecasting, reporting, and cost control
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities
• Support contract negotiations and project risk management
• Mentor Project Coordinators, Assistant PMs, and junior staff

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of Project Management experience within EPC, construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments
• Experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, vendor management, and client-facing responsibilities
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $93.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
