Assistant Project Manager

(Perm role - Travel every 2 weeks to Macon, GA or Ft Myers, Fl - $84k-$121k salary)

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of construction project management, project engineering, or related construction experience
• Experience with QMS project management systems (Procure and CMIC)
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and overall project activities
• Experience managing project documentation, invoices, and change orders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to travel and work at project sites as required

• Working knowledge of construction scheduling software
• Experience reviewing shop drawings and submittals
• Experience managing procurement and material purchasing
• Experience implementing and enforcing construction safety programs
