Superintendent | Commercial Construction
Lexington, KY
We’re looking for a Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Lexington market. You’ll take ownership of field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality, and day-to-day project execution. This is a role for a field leader who can make decisions, solve problems, and lead their team without being micromanaged.

What You Bring- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with meaningful field leadership responsibilities
- Experience overseeing ground-up construction and/or complex renovations
- Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor management, and jobsite safety
- Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and trade partners
- A track record of taking ownership and delivering successful projects
