St. Patrick Catholic Church, located in Lexington, VA, seeks a practicing Catholic as part‑time or full‑time Director of Music and Liturgy to oversee and continue developing these ministries in a vibrant parish.

• Music planning and preparation for liturgies.
• Keyboard accompaniment for liturgies.
• Scheduling and preparation of cantors.
• Direct adult and youth choirs.
• Managing music and liturgy budgets.
• Overseeing growth and development of overall program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in music or equivalent.
• Significant organ and piano skills.
• Vocal training.
• Experience in a variety of musical styles.
• Knowledge of traditional, classical and modern liturgical music.
• Ability to collaborate with pastor and parish staff.
