Full time 8:30am
-5:00pm (1 hr lunch break)
The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level role designed to provide a foundation in ERP operations, quoting, order processing, and customer service professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare quotations and process customer orders using an ERP system.
- Communicate with customers primarily via email to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate parts procurement and collaborate with vendors and logistics partners.
- Monitor order status and maintain accurate records.
- Track delivery schedules and shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and shipments.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in the system.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams as needed to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Basic technical/computer skills – comfortable using Gmail, ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel,Word). CRM, and other communication devices/tools.

- Ability to talk, hear, and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and by email.
