Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Infiniti of Lexington is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that is looking for a great opportunity to join an amazing work family!

• Answer phones and greet customers in a very professional manner.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Assisting work family as needed.
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
• Must have working knowledge of computers for scheduling and data entry.
• Other light duty work requested by management.

• Available to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 3:30pm
• Valid Driver’s License and clean record – Pre-Employment Background Check Required
