Landscape Architect/Graduate (3–5+ Years Experience)

Lexington, KY (with collaboration across offices in OH, TX, and OK)

Brandstetter Carroll Inc. is a multi-disciplinary regional firm seeking a motivated Landscape Architect/Graduate with 3–5+ years of experience to join our Recreation Division. This team leads planning and design efforts for parks, open spaces, aquatic facilities, trails, and site design for architectural projects across all our offices. This role offers strong growth potential for individuals aiming for leadership opportunities.

• Support senior staff in the development of design and planning documents (site design, construction documents, master plans, renderings, 3D models, planting plans).
• Analyze and summarize existing studies and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with clients and agencies.
• Effectively manage and exchange project data.
• Contribute reliably across multiple projects simultaneously.

• 3–5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on park and trail design, grading, and site planning.
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
  Land F/X a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Excel; hand graphics encouraged.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Full-time (40+ hours/week); some evenings/weekends may be required.
• Occasional overnight and air travel.
