Job Summary

The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a faculty member at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in clinical care, teaching activities, and professional development. You will work in a collegial, nationally recognized program with high clinical volumes and complex patient care. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and rank.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care anesthesia services in the ICU.
• Engage in teaching of residents and fellows.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Contribute to the academic mission of the department.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent degree.
• Completion of an anesthesia residency.
• Unrestricted Kentucky medical license.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in anesthesia.

• Position has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Open until filled.
