Marketing Project Coordinator

From ideation and sourcing to logistics and customer service, we partner with brands to turn consumers into fans.

We are searching for a Marketing Project Coordinator to help oversee multiple clients in collaboration with a Project Manager. The Marketing Project Coordinator will collaborate cross-departmentally to execute the campaigns and ensure the campaign adheres to timelines and within budget.

On any given day, you might:

• Setup and oversee the project management board for assigned campaigns
• Attend client meetings with the Project Manager
• Ensure internal teams and vendors adhere to project timelines
• Play a dual role of client advocate and Fooji team advocate
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
• Communicate project issues and resolution to the Project Manager
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA)
• Provide feedback to product team to enhance the Fooji platform

Requirements The ideal person

• Highly organized and skilled at making sense of various inputs
• Loves tackling problems and finding creative solutions
• Experienced with project management tools like Asana
• Ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable
• Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities and environments
• Excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking

You bring

• Strong software technology understanding (NOT writing code)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• If you have experience with social media campaigns
• If you have B2B experience
