Provide online, classroom and lab instruction in competencies for Education Degree seeking students in alignment with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and the six core principles in preparation for transfer to the two year university teacher prep programs in elementary, middle, or high school. These duties include the evaluation & supervision of students, working collaboratively with faculty and staff and completing professional development requirements.

• Provide Education instruction based upon National Board for Professional Teaching Standards in Generalists – Early Childhood, Generalist – Middle School, and Generalist – Young Adult for online, in the classroom & laboratory settings.
• Ensure observation / lab hours are placed in KFETS.
• Demonstrate current knowledge required by curriculum for Education based on the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and six core principles for Associate level students through in person or virtual lecture on a weekly basis.
• Provide hands on instruction and demonstration to Education students in a group setting in person and online.
• Work collaboratively with faculty & staff to provide education, evaluation & supervision to students.
• Complete required professional development training required of adjunct faculty.
• Other duties as assigned.
