Physical RequirementsLifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, loading/unloading materials, boxes, equipment, etc. up to 25 lbs in support of programs in numerous locations off campus. Able to sit and work on the computer for long periods of time.
Shift8:00 – 4:30 pm;
Monday – Friday; 40 hrs/wk; occasional Evening, Weekend, overtime hours may be required.
Work location is at UK Ligon House
Job SummaryThis position provides essential program, administrative and financial support for the Office of Lifelong Learning (OLLI). Responsibilities include serving as the Donovan Fellows Registrar administering the tuition waiver program for adults 65 years of age and older. This position also supports the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UK, which provides educational opportunities for adults 50+ years of age, and other OLL initiatives. Responsibilities include program, course and technology implementation, financial, administrative and compliance support and training.
Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
