Job Summary
Part-time faculty are needed for hybrid college classes and are paid at the rate of $800 per college credit hour. Qualifications for faculty vary according to subject area.

To be considered for a faculty position, please upload transcripts of all college work and a current resume/vita.
Minimum Qualifications- 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required.
- Online instructors are required to complete training offered by the college. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience teaching online classes. BCTC uses the Blackboard Course Management System.
