Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky's Center on Disability. HDI is seeking a Disability Program Administrator I to join our team and support the Child Care Aware project.
Position responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the training coach team to identify early care and education training needs aligned with Child Care Aware of Kentucky's statewide initiatives.
- Lead efforts to address required training needs for early care and education staff and credentialed trainers across the state.
- Develop engaging and effective training content in collaboration with team members and subject matter experts.
- Assess and determine statewide training needs to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Required:
Hold or be willing to obtain the Kentucky State Credential for Early Childhood Trainers (Level 4 or higher). Experience developing trainings and a strong background in early childhood.
Preferred Education/
Experience:
3 years of related experience, MA or higher.
