Job SummaryThe University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Department of OB/GYN, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine, is seeking an Assistant Professor (Research Title Series, tenure-ineligible). This is a twelve-month, onsite position starting between July 1 and August 1, 2025. The role involves supporting the Kentucky Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Task Force Simulation Program, providing teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development in clinical simulation using low- and high-fidelity simulators.
Applicants should hold a Doctorate or PhD, with certification in Simulation, and have experience in adult education principles and clinical simulation teaching. An active Kentucky license and at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience are required. The position is grant-funded, and employment continuation depends on funding availability. Experience in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation for adult education, with successful teaching in clinical simulation, preferred.
