This position provides both the independence and resources necessary to elevate our advanced learning model. Grounded in learning science and driven by adaptive technology, we are challenging conventional boundaries in education.

• Lead the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system at the highest level of excellence.
• Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution.
• Deliver consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally coach a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches.

• Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to become exceptional facilitators.
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark.
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development sessions.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Background working with youth populations (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period is weekly.
