This role provides both autonomy and organizational support to elevate our advanced learning methodology. Grounded in learning science and enabled by adaptive technology, we are expanding the boundaries of educational achievement. Your expertise is essential to realize this vision.
You will serve as the catalyst, strategist, and coach for our Guides—the frontline facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing the creation of playbooks, feedback systems, and the demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

- Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution strategies
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and achievement outcomes
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become exceptional facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that benchmark
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning
Key Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha system with world‑class excellence.
Basic Requirements- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
- Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
- Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
