I. Summary
A Senior Engineer is a veteran project engineer with deep engineering experience and expertise, leading complex projects and mentoring teams.

II. Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide engineering mentorship to team members.
• Hold team members accountable for work quality and provide feedback.
• Lead teams to execute projects, delegating tasks and reviewing work.
• Perform quality control reviews and sign off on project quality.
• Design electrical distribution systems, coordinate with utility companies, and create detailed reports.
• Perform complex electrical analysis, research, and code compliance.
• Assist with project execution, resolve issues, and develop project proposals.
• Serve as client point of contact and drive innovation within teams.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities
This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is key to technical development and quality control.

IV. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Licensed professional engineer (PE).
• Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards (NEC, IBC, IECC, NFPA).
• Diverse engineering experience and involvement in industry organizations.
• Autodesk Revit experience preferred.
