Summary

We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team  Senior Controls Engineer will work with the engineering team to successfully and efficiently deliver high-quality engineering solutions to our external and internal customers. The position will report the Mechanical Engineering Group Manager.

Responsibilities

• Expertise using Toyopuc for industrial automation to control machines and processes
• Focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of systems that control dynamic processes.
• Responsible for ensuring that processes operate efficiently and safely by implementing control systems that manage variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and speed.
• Utilize mechanical devices to highly complex, computer-based systems.
• Utilize knowledge of software, electrical systems, and mechanical design to create control schematics and models.
• Employ tools such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) to devise and optimize control systems.
• Handle the development of automated systems, contribute to enhanced productivity, reduce operational costs, and heighten safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience
• MUST have experience with Toyopuc
• As Outlined In The Job Description
