Serve). ETAS supports the Department of Energy Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services to implement the "One PPPO" mission.

Lexington, KY

This position will provide cost estimating expertise to support the DOE PPPO client.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing independent government cost estimates (IGCEs) and life cycle baseline (LCB) estimates for DOE cleanup projects.
• Reviewing baseline cost proposals and contract modifications for cost reasonableness.
• Conducting environmental liability calculations and providing estimates for nuclear processing facilities and waste streams.
• Leading discussions with clients, vendors, and engineers to resolve cost estimate issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline or five years of relevant experience.
• Five years of conceptual estimating and design/build delivery experience on federal, military, and commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Project Controls, EVMS processes, and cost modeling software such as Timberline, Primavera P6, Cobra, MII, and Deltek Costpoint.
• Detailed knowledge of cost estimating, BOEs, and construction pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• DOE experience.
• Experience with D&D, D&R, or S&M projects.
