Project Engineer – Water

What You’ll DoAs a Project Engineer you will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high‑impact water and wastewater projects. Your work will directly support the success of our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead projects related to water, wastewater, and/or water resource management.
- Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications.
- Accumulate and analyze data, presenting findings in professional reports, memos, and presentations.
- Take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead portions of design work and ensure high‑quality, accurate deliverables that meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Assist with permitting applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with team members across multiple offices and disciplines to keep projects on track and aligned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Previous experience executing technical studies, analyses, and design for water‑focused projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for the results.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task.

- Range: $67,000 – $134,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
