Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day to day club operations, ensuring that all performance and objectives are met in order to provide a “Judgement Free” member experience. Assistant Managers will assist in the hiring, firing, and training process for all employees and will be responsible for leading the team in a positive, motivational manner with a continuous focus on employee development.
This position will regularly direct all front desk personnel.
