Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Be responsible for organizing, coordinating and all finance and treasury-related tasks in the AMR region.
• Ensure the governance framework of the Group Treasury Policy is established and adhered to in the AMR region.
• Oversee a high‑risk function with strict integrity criteria and requirement to comply with external laws and internal regulations.
• Be responsible for cash management and bank payments, liquidity planning and management, currency risk management, financing of regional entities, supporting global insurance programs.
• Be responsible for statutory, regulatory and internal reporting on all finance and treasury activities.
• Report to the Head of FTIR and represent Infineon externally to banks and other financing partners in the AMR region.

• Have an academic degree in business administration, economics or any related field.
• Specific, treasury‑related professional formation or certificate is a plus.
• More than five years of relevant work experience in corporate banking or treasury of a corporation.
• Have a deep understanding of finance and treasury topics; experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Capability to effectively combine multiple functions’ perspectives (e.g. finance/treasury and industry/business).
• Excellent communication skills to partner with adjacent finance functions, central Finance & Treasury, and external finance partners.
• Leadership experience, ability to quickly establish successful cooperation, both within own team and with various stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Well‑versed and eloquent, experienced in working in an international environment.
• Experience in financial IT tools (e.g. Reuters/Bloomberg, SAP, 360T, Excel) and proficiency in English are a must.
