This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Lexington, KY, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating mortgage loans by meeting with clients, analyzing financial information, assisting customers in selecting the right mortgage product, processing applications, coordinating with underwriters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Qualifications- Experience as Loan Officers with a focus on the Mortgage Industry
- Skills in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is advantageous
