Subcontract Administrator

Subcontract Administrator – Lexington, KY (1-year contract-to-hire)

PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator to join our team in Lexington, KY for a 1-year contract-to-hire opportunity. This position supports the Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Sustainment Services (SOF GLSS) program, providing critical logistics and sustainment support to multiple defense platforms. This role requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
.

• Experience in Government procurements and subcontract acquisitions
• Strong understanding of FAR and DFAR requirements
• Proficiency in cost and price analysis
  , proposal evaluation, and negotiations
• Experience managing subcontracts throughout their life cycle (RFP to closeout)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense contract types
• SAP systems experience
• Experience managing supplier performance and corrective actions
• Familiarity with labor contracts and competitive/non-competitive pricing agreements
• Understanding of Special Operations Forces (SOF) contract environments
• Experience leading Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs) and complex negotiations
li>Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership and external partners

• Manage subcontracts from RFP through execution and lifecycle management
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance of subcontractors
• Implement supplier corrective actions and ensure contractual compliance
• Provide regular status reports to senior and executive leadership
• Support compliance and audit activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives

• Active Secret Clearance preferred; must have the ability to obtain one
