Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. You?ll work closely with our physicians to provide top-tier care with extended visit times and a proactive, relationship-based model.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, unhurried patient care within a concierge setting.
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic studies and manage pharmacotherapies.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Communicate proactively with patients via phone, text, and email.
Collaborate with specialists and coordinate care as needed.
Participate in a provider on call schedule.
Qualifications:
Active PA or NP license in Kentucky.
At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Experience in primary care, internal medicine, emergency medicine or family medicine.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with EMR systems and patient communication technology.
A commitment to patient-first care.

Pay:
From $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
