Compensation

Base pay range: $37,000.00/yr – $42,000.00/yr

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a TRP Specialist — a Behavioral Health Professional who brings compassion, accountability, and initiative to every interaction.

• Lead daily group sessions on self‑care, emotional regulation, community engagement, and job skills.
• Support clients with discretion and compassion during hygiene‑related needs.
• Drive clients between personal care homes and our program (up to 4 hours/day in a company vehicle).
• Document client participation and progress with accuracy and clarity.
• Help keep the facility “tour‑ready”—safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with clinicians and providers to deliver wraparound care.

• Competitive pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

• Certified Adult Peer Support Specialist (current & active) — or willing to pursue certification with our support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.

• Experience supporting adults with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
