Pay Range

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position

Part‑time position, 3 pm – 5 pm.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a clinical setting.
  • Teach self‑help skills, language/communication skills, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in 1:1 and group settings.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors.
  • Collect data electronically on individualized treatment goals.
  • Provide daily written and verbal progress notes on treatment goals.
  • Communicate, orally and in written form, in a clear and effective manner with clients, families, and coworkers.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops (as assigned by supervisors) to acquire further knowledge.
Qualifications for the Position
  • Capable of lifting 50 lb.
  • Must live in the state of Kentucky or Indiana.
  • Capable of performing physical activity.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: RBT certification, relevant experience, or related field (other fields considered on a case‑by‑case basis).
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
  • Effective time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co‑workers, supervisors, and community members.
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the Code of Ethics as indicated by the BACB.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development related to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, technology, and job responsibilities.
