Pay RangeBase pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
PositionPart‑time position, 3 pm – 5 pm.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a clinical setting.
- Teach self‑help skills, language/communication skills, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in 1:1 and group settings.
- Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect data electronically on individualized treatment goals.
- Provide daily written and verbal progress notes on treatment goals.
- Communicate, orally and in written form, in a clear and effective manner with clients, families, and coworkers.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops (as assigned by supervisors) to acquire further knowledge.
- Capable of lifting 50 lb.
- Must live in the state of Kentucky or Indiana.
- Capable of performing physical activity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: RBT certification, relevant experience, or related field (other fields considered on a case‑by‑case basis).
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Effective time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co‑workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the Code of Ethics as indicated by the BACB.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development related to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, technology, and job responsibilities.
