Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring strong telemetry skills and Kentucky or compact state licensure.

Job Details

• Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting,

• Telemetry patient population with assignment of up to 5 patients per nurse,

• Night shift schedule: 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30,

Job Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required,

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in PCU or telemetry unit,

• Current certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS),

• Strong IV and phlebotomy skills required,

• Two professional references from supervisors within the last 3 years must be provided,

• Local travelers within 100 miles are not eligible for this position,

Additional Information

• Responsible for managing a telemetry patient caseload of up to 5,

• Provide advanced cardiac and neurological monitoring and interventions,

• All required certifications must be provided for consideration,
