Job Description

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team. You'll provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling, backed by our supportive team, so you can focus on top-notch client care.

• $60,000/year + benefits (Full-Time Equivalent)
• Consistent schedule with 80-90%+ of hours booked for steady earnings
• Paid for patient no-shows (50% of visit rate) to protect income
• Minimum of 3 paid admin hours/week to complete charting and non-patient tasks
• Additional hourly pay for non-patient work beyond admin time
• Paid credentialing and required state licensure fees covered

• PTO: 10 days/year, including holidays
• Paid licensure and credentialing fees
• Technology and charting support provided
• Consistent caseload from day one - no unpaid ramp-up period
• Flexible scheduling options, 100% Remote

• Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), with a focus on weight management, to help clients achieve lasting weight loss.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalized weight management plans.
• Educate clients on sustainable weight management, behavior change, and lifestyle improvements.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice as needed.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management settings.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based weight management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual client management.
• Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related fields are preferred.
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
