Physical Therapy Home Health Position
Unit notes indicate no clinical involvement. Profiles are sent directly to the manager for phone interviews. Must have home care home base experience and home health experience.
Day/week points: 6.5. Yes, travelers are required to do start of care, recerts, daily visits.
Required certifications: BLS.
Common diagnosis/types of patients: CHF, ORTHO, PNEUMONIA.
Required areas to cover:
Home health experience or'must have' skills and common job duties. No requirement but would prefer no new grads.
Resource available for field support:
Yes, clinical manager or educator 24/7 for emergency or 8-5pm.
Shifts & scheduling: 5-8 hour days. Yes, expected to work the weekend shift on a rotating schedule from 8-5. Asked to go into holiday rotation:
Yes.
Scrubs/business casual:
Either.
Orientation shifts with a preceptor: 2 weeks - few visits with a workcoach.
