Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian for the Outpatient Diabetes Care Clinic in Kentucky. You will provide individualized and group medical nutrition therapy to adults with diabetes, in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
Under limited supervision, you will support the Diabetes Education Program, document care plans, and participate in follow-up and outcome evaluations to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
